- Seguidamente se añade un vaso de agua y cuando vaya a empezar a hervir...se echa un chorreón de vino blanco, se deja un poco hervir para que evapore el alcohol, acto seguido se añade la pastilla de Avecrem y cucharadita de pimentón dulce, se menea con la cuchara para que se integre bien el pimentón dulce

- Tras un tiempo prudencial de 5 o 10 minutos que esté hirviendo levemente, se añaden las lentejas y zanahorias


- Remover un poco con la cuchara y seguidamente añadir el laurel y el agua 2 o 3 dedos que cubra todo

- Tapar la olla o sin tapar cómo se quiera... pero a fuego medio y observado el agua que queda por si hay que añadir...menear de vez en cuando con la cuchara...


- Cuando estén un poco tierna la zanahoria y la lenteja (Pardina) unos 30 o 40 minutos.. se añade la patata en dados

- Seguidamente cuando le falte poco por hacerse la patata, se añade el chorizo troceado y frito

- Cuándo este la patata.. apagar el fuego y dejar un tiempo de reposo...
