  3. Ponemos a sofreír primero el chorizo y la morcilla para que estos suelten su sabor. Pasados unos 7 minutos, agregamos los pimientos dejamos sofreír unos 5 min más. Añadimos las Lentejas y sofreímos un par de minutos y agregamos 1 L de agua y dejaremos hervir 50 min, de los cuales 30 min serán a fuego alto y el resto a fuego medio/bajo
  4. Cuando las Lentejas lleven 30 min en el fuego agregaremos las patatas y zanahorias (si las agregamos al inicio están podrían deshacerse al final de la cocción).
  5. A los 50 min retiramos del fuego las Lentejas y la dejamos reposar unos 10 min más tapando la olla.
  6. Servimos en plato semi hondo y acompañamos con pan de barra tostado
