  7. Salamos y dejamos cocer tapadas durante unos 50 minutos en olla tradicional (en olla express con 15 minutos serán suficientes).
  8. Añadimos los dientes de ajo fileteados y doramos ligeramente, apartamos del fuego y le añadimos el pimentón, removiendo y agregando este sofrito a la olla de las lentejas.
  9. Dejamos cocer a fuego suave cinco minutos más y servimos bien calentitas.
