- Picar la Cebolla, Ajos y Morrón en cubitos pequeños. Pelar las Zanahorias y picar en rodajas finitas. Pelar las Papas, Boniatos y Zapallo y cortar en cubos pequños, del tamaño de un bocado.

- Picar la Panceta y la Carne en cubos pequeños, y el Chorizo en rodajas medianas. Colar las lentejas y enjuagarlas por última vez. Tener todos los ingredientes prontos para comenzar a cocinar!!!

- En una cacerola grande dorar la panceta, carne y chorizos con un chorro de aceite.


- Agregar la Zanahoria, remover unos minutos y agregar la Cebolla, Ajo y Morrón, remover y dejar que suden. Condimentar a gusto y no olvidar las hojas de Laurel. Luego agregar las lentejas y remover muy bien, siempre con una cuchara de madera.



- Ahora agregar la Salsa de Tomate junto con el Azúcar y seguir removiendo unos minutos. Si gustan en este momento pueden añadir un puñado de Arroz.


- Dejar se cocine unos minutos y agregar las Papas, Boniatos y 5 minutos después el Zapallo. Ir agregando caldo o agua hasta quede todo bien cubierto y a medida que se vaya cocinando todo, para que quede caldocito y no se seque. No olvidar revolver siempre para que no se pegue en el fondo.

- Cuando las Papas, Boniatos y Zapallo estén cocidos está pronto!!! Degustar bien caliente acompañado de rodajitas de pan.
