  4. Pon en una olla las lentejas y verduras cortadas a tu gusto, añade el aceite y cubrelas de agua.
  5. Añade la morcilla pelada y cotada en trozos.
  6. Y por último agrega la hoja de laurel y el alga kombu en trocitos. No es necesario hidratarla previamente porque se hará durante la cocción.
  7. Pon a cocer a fuego medio entre 30 y 45 minutos. El tiempo varia según el tipo de lentejas elegido y el tiempo que hayan estado a remojo.
