- Colar sin quitar toda el agua y dicionar las lentejas al sartén, darle vueltas para mezclar suavemente, rectificar sabores, dejar que sequen, apagar y dejar reposar por 3 minutos antes de servir.

- Dejar reposar por 3 minutos antes de servir, se acompañan con arroz blanco y tajadas fritas de plátano maduro.
