- Colocamos la copa de vino cuando el tomate comience a largar sus jugos y dejamos que evapore el alcohol, una vez evaporado el alcohol agregamos las lentejas previamente precocidas, agregar la taza de agua (caliente) entreverar en formar envolvente hasta unir todos los ingredientes y colocar las papas, colocar la taza de salsa de tomate y bajar el fuego a medio o bajo. Sal y pimienta a gusto. El tiempo de cocción es de unos 45 minutos.
- Al final colocar azúcar para equilibrar la acidez y los condimentos recomiendo tomillo, orégano y condimento verde. Dejar reposar 10 minutos y a disfrutar
