  1. Antes de empezar, dejamos hirviendo las lentejas por unos 10 minutitos aprox. Picamos la cebolla, la cebolla de verdeo, el morrón y cortamos en rodajitas finas la zanahoria. Echamos todo a la olla con un poco de aceite y mezclamos junto con un poco de sal, dejando rehogar.
  2. Mientras se cocina, cortamos en cubitos la panceta y una vez rehogado lo demás, la agregamos a la olla.
  3. Y lo mismo hacemos con las salchichas parrilleras, las podes cortar del tamaño que quieras, yo las corté al tamaño de la mitad de un dedo aprox. Un tip que yo utilizo es previamente hervirlas unos minutitos, esto va a hacer que pierdan bastante grasa, y de paso las agregás pre-cocidas.
  4. Por último agregamos las papas peladas y cortadas en cubitos. Mezclamos y dejamos que se cociné por unos 10 minutitos.
  5. Incorporamos el puré de tomate y un poco de agua para que no quede tan espeso. Acá es donde agregamos los condimentos: pimienta, pimentón, provenzal, adobo y orégano (yo puse dos cucharaditas de cada uno), el cubito de verduras y mezclamos. Tapamos dejando cocinar al máximo unos 5 min.
  6. Agregamos las lentejas y cocinamos por unos 5-10 minutitos más y una vez que podamos pinchar bien la papa está listo!!
