- Picar la cebolla en cuadros pequeños junto con el ajo y rallar la zanahoria. Poner en una sartén a sofreír por unos dos minutos y agregar la carne, continuar sofriendo hasta que la carne esté cocinada y agregar sal y aliños a gusto y reservar.
- Revisar que las lentejas estén un poco blandas o a punto y agregar arroz con el sofrito a la olla, corregir los sabores y dejar cocinar por 20 minutos o hasta que el arroz esté listo.
- Revisar que el punto del arroz y el sabor, agregar el queso y revolver hasta que esté derretido, si hay trozos de zapallo que estén más enteros, se deben moler como puré para que le den más cremosidad a las lentejas.
- Dejar reposar unos minutos y servir con un poco de ciboulete, cilantro o crutones, depende del gusto 😉
