  3. Picar en trozos de pequeños a medianos las chuletas, las salchichas, el jamón y el chorizo o longaniza. Poner todo a freír en un sartén.
  4. Una vez fritos agregarlos a las lentejas cuando estén soltando el hervor.
  5. Freír en el mismo sartén, con el aceite que haya quedado el plátano maduro cortado en rodajas. Agregar a las lentejas.
  6. Licuar los tomates, cebolla y chiles que pusimos a cocer previamente.
  7. Agregar esta mezcla a las lentejas pasándola por un colador.
  8. Dejar hervir por aproximadamente de 15 a 20 minutos más, para que todo se integre. Si las ves muy secas puedes agregar un poco de agua antes.
