- Una vez que las verduras estén cocidas agregar la panceta y el chorizo colorado. No dejar que las verduras se desarmen.



- En otra olla cocinar las lentejas en agua, puede ser la misma del reposo. (no mucha) Aproximadamente 1 hora. O fijarse cuando estén tiernas. Una vez cocidas retirar un poco de agua.


- Agregar la mezcla de las verduras y carnes a la olla que están las lentejas. Poner el fuego 🔥 lento y agregar la salsa de tomate.
